Privacy policy.
How we handle the information you share with us through this website.
Last updated: 7 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information NexusLine (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, nexusline.io, and how we use it. It covers the website only. Information you store in the NexusLine platform — at app.nexusline.io or in your own on-premise installation — is governed by your agreement with us.
What we collect
- Demo requests. When you use the demo request form we receive your name, work email, organisation and message. We use them only to reply to you and arrange a demo.
- Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept the cookie banner, Google Analytics records how the site is used — pages viewed, the device and browser type, approximate location, and whether a demo request was sent. If you decline, or never choose, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
- Your cookie choice. Your accept/decline choice is stored in your browser’s local storage for 12 months so we don’t ask on every page. It is not sent to us.
- Cookie-free page statistics. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and measures how fast pages load. It sets no cookies and does not track you across sites.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies unless you accept analytics. If you do, Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies, which last up to two years. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; declining removes these cookies. Apart from the services listed below, fonts and all other files are served from our own domain.
Who processes it for us
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) relays demo-request forms to our email inbox.
- Google provides Google Analytics, if you accept it. Advertising features are switched off.
- Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and provides the cookie-free page statistics.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage any business relationship that follows, and delete them sooner if you ask. Google Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@nexusline.io. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, including the right to object to how we use your information and to complain to your data-protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
